1. Account Creation

To use BRAG, you must provide:

• Name and email
• Job information and work experience
• Weekly tasks, OKRs/KPIs, goals, and success lists

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack or compromise the app
• Spam or harass other users
• Share other users' data without consent

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Intellectual Property & Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you upload (tasks, OKRs, files, etc.).

License to BRAG: By uploading content, you grant BRAG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content within the app and for anonymized research/analytics.

4. Beta Disclaimers

• The app is in beta; it may be unstable.
• Data may be lost, and features may change or be added.
• You use the app at your own risk.

5. Optional Features

• Calendar integration, Notion connection, and file uploads are optional features.
• Explicit consent is required before these features access your data.

6. Termination

• Users can delete their accounts anytime via account settings.
• BRAG may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations or misuse.

7. Liability

BRAG is not liable for damages or losses arising from beta use, including data loss or interruptions.
